All the Priests of Wrexham diocese will be on annual retreat from Monday, 2nd June until Friday, 6th June. There will be no morning Masses during the weekday.

The first communion of the children of the Parish will be on Sunday, 22nd June at 10.00 a.m.  

The Eucharistic Ministers will renew their commitment on Sunday, 22nd June during the Holy Mass at 10.00 a.m.

The annual National Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Holywell, led by Bishop Peter is on Sunday 22nd  June, with a Procession from St Winefride’s Church at 2.30pm followed by Mass at the Well at 3pm.

Sunday, June 8th is Pentecost Sunday. We are planning on that day to use different languages for the Hymns at Mass: The Filippino Tagalog Hymn, Welsh Hymn, Indian Hymn, African Hymn and English Hymn. Please see Mr. John Ventura who will co-ordinate the Hymns that day.

Thursday, 29th May, is Ascension of the Lord. There will be the normal morning Mass at 11.00 a.m.

A BIG Thank you to all those who helped with the planting, weeding and watering of the Church Garden last Sunday.  We have sunflowers for the children to collect and take home after mass today.  We shall be watering the Flowers today after mass.

Our Parish Church is marking the 50th anniversary of its dedication this year. We will celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the Church's dedication, along with the Parish Feast, on August 10th. Bishop Peter will be the chief celebrant for this special occasion.

Young Adults (18-35 yrs) Pilgrimage to Rome, 30th July – 4th August 2025. Interested Youth to contact Fr. Anthony before 20th May.

The Parish is planning to improve the beauty of our Church grounds with lots of Flowers and Vegetable beds. We are looking for volunteers of all ages: kids to grandparents to lend a helping hand. Mr. Chris Ruane will explain more about it at Mass.

Bishop Peter will be here in the Parish to celebrate with all the Youth of the diocese on Saturday, 28th June at 11.00 a.m. Parents, please allow your children to be part of the celebrations that day.
