We run a boys group on Wednesdays from 4.30 – 6.30pm in St Marys presbytery. There are discussions on a range of different topics. We provide deep listening for the boys in a space where they feel safe to express themselves. We look to encourage and help boys aged between 11 -16 develop their confidence, communication skills, and sense of direction / career choices. One idea group members have raised that we are looking at is a group visit to Bangor University to gain understanding of what is on offer through degree courses and life as a student there. We hope this might help the boys make informed decisions on the direction they would like to take. Father Charles helps by advising us. There are some spaces available in the group.
