Opening of churches in Wales

This Thursday Welsh government will announce new steps in easing the lock-down. We hope, like England, this may include access to churches for prayer and meditation. If this happens and we open the church initially it will probably be for one hour at a time. Clear notices will demarcate spaces for social distancing and we’ll need to clean afterwards. A cleaning team has already cleaned the church from top to bottom over a two and a half hour period (thanks to all of you and well done). It’s important for people to have access to the sort of space of peace and quiet a church can offer.
