January 14th 2024 is Peace Sunday. The theme chosen by Pope Francis is ‘Artificial Intelligence and Peace’. Pax Christi have produced a series of resources to mark the day. Whilst this might seem a strangely technical theme, we know that we do need to think about the consequences of the advances in AI for peace and justice. Certainly, governments around the world are taking the development of AI seriously.
